STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE
I, Jim Millar, the Chairman on behalf of Coleraine Harbour Commissioners being the
Port Marine Safety Code Duty Holder for Coleraine Harbour, having considered all
the requirements of the Port Marine Safety Code, including reviewing the risk
assessment and the Safety management system, certify that the Port of Coleraine
meets the standards required by the Port Marine Safety Code.
